<h2 id="how-we-ship">How We Ship</h2><ul><li style="font-family: Inter; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Our bars stay fresh with the quality taste &amp; texture you expect for&#xA0;up to 5 days out of the fridge.</li><li style="font-family: Inter; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">We ship quickly to make sure your order gets to you within that 5-day window.</li><li style="font-family: Inter; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">In warmer months (or year-round in hotter regions), we include insulation and ice packs to help protect your squares. We typically stop using ice packs around mid-October to May, depending on the temperature.</li></ul>&#x1F449; Important: Orders are not shipped refrigerated and are not expected to arrive cold. Just be sure to put them in the fridge when they arrive.<hr><h2 style="line-height: 1.15;" id="what-to-expect-on-arrival">What to Expect on Arrival</h2><ul><li style="font-family: Inter; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The ice pack (if needed, see above) may arrive melted, that&apos;s ok. It&apos;s meant to limit the effects of heat on your squares but it likely won&apos;t arrive frozen.</li><li style="font-family: Inter; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">It&#x2019;s normal if your squares feel a little&#xA0;warm or soft to the touch,&#xA0;just pop them in the fridge when they arrive - they&#x2019;ll firm right back up.</li><li style="font-family: Inter; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">As long as your package arrived within that 5-day window, your bars are totally safe to enjoy.</li></ul><hr><h2 id="when-to-reach-out">When to Reach Out</h2>If your squares arrive liquified, melted, or misshapen (you&#x2019;ll notice when you open a square), that&#x2019;s not how they should arrive.Here&apos;s what to do:&#x2705; Snap a few photos of what you received.&#x2705; Send them to our team by&#xA0;<a href="https://www.middaysquares.com/pages/contact-us" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="fr-strong">clicking here</a>&#x2705; They&apos;ll review the details and if needed, we&#x2019;ll make it right.

We may have prepped your order and it&apos;s waiting for pickup.
