How long does processing & shipping take?

Our standard fulfillment and shipping timeline is 3–5 business days* from the moment your order is placed.

    • We process and ship orders Monday-Thursday

    • We don't ship Friday-Sunday

      • This helps us avoid weekend carrier delays and ensures your squares don’t spend unnecessary time in transit. We sometimes ship on Friday during high-volume periods - but your order should still arrive within our 5-day window.

    • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link (if you don't see one, check your junk folder or contact us).

    • Once an order laves our facility, it should arrive within 5 days. 


Where can I find my tracking information?

As soon as your order leaves our facility, we’ll email you a tracking link.

Your tracking link will always have the most up-to-date information available from the carrier, including estimated delivery dates and any unexpected delays or alternative drop off locations.

If your tracking link isn’t updating right away - don’t worry! We may have prepped your order and it's waiting for pickup. Or, the carrier has picked up your package but it can take 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking link.


Can I hold my order for a later delivery date?

At this time, we’re unable to hold or schedule orders for future shipment dates.

All orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase to ensure freshness and fast delivery.



*Order processing timelines can be a little longer after a holiday (it's important for our team to take some time off), during promotional events (sales), and during product launches due to the high volume of orders being placed.
