Address Corrections

If you entered your shipping address incorrectly at checkout, don’t worry - we’ll do our best to help. 

Contact Us Right Away

Please contact us here as soon as possible with the subject line “Urgent - Cancel/Edit Existing Order”

Include the following details so we can look into it quickly:

    •    Order number

    •    Corrected address (street, unit/buzzer number, postal code, etc.)

    •    Any notes that may help the delivery driver

We’ll always try our best to support an address change, but we cannot guarantee it. Once an order is processing or has shipped, we are not able to make changes.

Updating Delivery Instructions

Once you receive your tracking link, you can often add or update delivery details directly with the courier.

Look for the option to “Change My Delivery” on the tracking page to:

    •    Add gate or buzzer codes

    •    Provide access instructions

    •    Request safe-drop preferences

    •    Adjust delivery timing (where supported)

Tip:

Double-check your address at checkout and on your order confirmation email to ensure smooth and timely delivery - especially unit numbers and postal codes or if using a payment service like Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, etc.
