How We Ship

Our bars stay fresh with the quality taste & texture you expect for up to 5 days out of the fridge.
We ship quickly to make sure your order gets to you within that 5-day window.
In warmer months (or year-round in hotter regions), we include insulation and ice packs to help protect your squares. We typically stop using ice packs around mid-October to May, depending on the temperature.

👉 Important: Orders are not shipped refrigerated and are not expected to arrive cold. Just be sure to put them in the fridge when they arrive.

The ice pack (if needed, see above) may arrive melted, that's ok. It's meant to limit the effects of heat on your squares but it likely won't arrive frozen.
It’s normal if your squares feel a little warm or soft to the touch, just pop them in the fridge when they arrive - they’ll firm right back up.
As long as your package arrived within that 5-day window, your bars are totally safe to enjoy.

If your squares arrive liquified, melted, or misshapen (you’ll notice when you open a square), that’s not how they should arrive.
