Mid-Day Squares was founded in 2018 in Montreal, Canada, by Lezlie Karls, Jake Karls, and Nick Saltarelli - a trio of entrepreneurs (and family) who wanted to create a snack that was both indulgent and healthy. Lez and Nick brought the product vision
