Shipping & Delivery Expectations

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. All customers will receive a tracking link upon shipment of their order. Tracking links contain the most updated information available in regards to order status. Shipping timelines can vary due to holidays, product launches, and high volume periods.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate holding boxes for future delivery dates.

Do they ship refrigerated?

Our squares are shipped with care, but they don’t always ship with ice packs or insulation. Ice packs and insulation are only included during warmer months in most regions and year-round in hotter climates.

If your package arrives without ice or insulation, there’s no need to worry, our squares can safely be out of the fridge for up to 5 days without any issues.

Since No Bread PB&J doesn’t contain chocolate, it’s less sensitive to temperature changes during transit.
